Unlock Kusaka.

Added:

After you finish the game and unlock the the Bleach Tower reach level 21. When you get into the level Have Hitugaya on your teach. When you reach Kusaka have Hitsugaya talk to Kusaka. If Hitsugaya fights Kusaka at lest once that will unlock Kusaka.
