I've noticed that the interest rate in this game is less than 1%. It actually one half of 1%. Well if you have 20,000,000 Bells you'll get around 100,000 Bells at the end of the month.

To figure out your interest rate, just take out a calculator and multiply your account balance by 0.005. I don't think your interest can exceed 100,000 Bells.
