Go home, put a table, look at it and put your fishing rod down.

Now put turnips down and they wil land on the table and wont spoil.

Now sell them when it's worth it, go back in time and buy them again.

Go back to the max prize date and you will make the same profit, but X2

Because you have X2 turnip's.
