sheiny answered:

It is possible, but no one in the game teaches it to you - it's just a song that you can play yourself to hear the tune:
C-down, C-right, C-left, C-up, down-joystick+C-up, down-joystick+C-left, C-down, A,
Z+down-joystick+A, Z+down-joystick+A, Z+down-joysyick+A, down-joystick+A

HeckYesBeck256 answered:

If you want to play the treehouse of horror melody just play the notes that Sheiny says and press the joystick over while playing.
(on the notes you need to press up or down on press it diagonaly)
