You can't You have to be a child because saria is captured in the forest temple or in the sage realm.

well, i think you can be an adult. you go right, left, right, left, center, left, right. i THINK. and then, you see this annoying kid blocking the way. talk to him, then play saria's song and he will let you by. then, you figure out how to get through the forest until you come to the maze where you found the lone wolf you fought when you came there as a child. then, there are these big muscly monsters that you have to kill with your hookshot without getting seen (otherwise they will ram you). then, you come to the last of these monsters and he is standing at the top of steps and when you come close, he beats his hammer on the ground and you fall back. i have yet to figure out how to beat him, but i hope the rest helps

You can beat the hammer guy cause when he puts hammer down move in the opposite way while still movin forward then once you get close enough give him one wack with your sword and he will die

For the answer above. To kill the giant monster in the end if the maze, in top of the stairs, you have to run and avoid his hammer. As you get close, all you have to do is bomb him a few times. Then you'll learn the minuet of forest, once thats finished you use your hook shot on the tree and you'll end up in the doorway to the forest temple just did it myself

Go to the Temple of Time and pull the Master Sword from the Pedestal of Time
