I cant give you the exact coordinations because every door looks the same, but you know that room with the boiling red soup and two guards in it? Well go in it and climb the staircase and enter the door.
From there you should see some vines on a wall that you should climb leading you to a higher floor. From there, jump to a lower floor that you can only get to by jumping. There, you will find the door that leads you to the 4th carpenter!

There are two sets of vines, one leads to a piece of heart (highest level) the other leads to a prisoner I have already released. It would be helpful to have a map.Search for more answers for Zelda 64: Ocarina of Time or ask your own question here.
