Sorry there is no way unless you have a Gameshark 3.0 or higher.
But there is a slim chance that you will find one of those if you don't have one already.
No unlimited cheat without gameshark, but survival mode helps. Play a lot. My record was 132 eliminations and I got 80,000 smackdown dollars for it.
