How can you unlock Pokemon like ho-oh or Lugia, mewtwo,mew as rental Pokemon not in the registered pokemon?

Mew and celebi You get in R-2 where the background looks like the a sunset and to get r-2 you must beat your rival in R-1. In order to get ho-oh, Lugia, and mewtwo you have to catch them on your gameboy cartridge and transfer him onto it.
Mew and celebi are in r-2 you gotta beat you're rival for that the rest you need to transfer them from you're sliver or gold.
Beat your rival in Round-2
For the rest, transfer them from your PKMN Gold or Silver.
If you want Mew and Celebi, beat round 2. To do that: beat your rival in round 1. And for Mewtwo, Lugia and Ho-Oh, transfer them from your Blue, Red, Yellow, Silver or Gold version. In Blue, Red and Yellow, Mewtwo is found in the Mystery Dungeon, North of Cerulean City. Go past the Nugget Bridge, go Right, Surf down, then left, and enter. For Lugia, get the Silver wing and go to the Whirl Islands. For Ho-Oh, go to the top of Tin Tower. For maps, go to www.Psypoke.com.
