Question for Diddy Kong Racing

I have 15 balloons and I am not sure where the 16th one is I have beaten the first dino domain and the boss, sherbert island except one race which is 16 balloons ans the snowflake mountain except the last race btu I have beaten the boss. Were can I find the 16th balloon?

Here are the locations of three hidden Balloons that should help...

1) There is a Balloon on a ledge to the left of the Wizpig Statue Head (use the Airplane).
2) Follow the river that goes past the entrance to Snow Flake Mountain and before you go under the log, go to the right to where the trees are and you'll find another Balloon (use the Hovercraft).
3) After finding number 2 (above), go under the log, make a left and go around/follow the edge to locate another Balloon (again, use the Hovercraft).
