I have gotten 39 balloons(all from the tracks and the 3 hidden ones behind the tree, by wiizpic statue, and by the log on the water) I need the 40th one so I can do the track in the space world does anyone know where it is?(Also).I've done the 39th balloon track but I didn't get a balloon for it , Y not?

To get the 40th balloon you need to be in an airplane. It is up to the left of the pigs face out of the mountain up on some platform!
There is another Free balloon to the left of the pig head in the main area! You need to be in a plane because it is up high under the rainbow!
Hte 40th ballon is to the left of the big pig's head and you must be in an airplane to reach it!
