New information and release date announced for Pokemon Sword & Shield, and more Gaming news

Nintendo held a short but sweet Pokemon Sword and Shield focused direct today, and showcased some cool new features coming to the core game. One of the biggest additions, literally, is Pokemon technique called Dynamax, where the Pokemon grows giant for a few turns. Additionally, these Dynamaxed pokemon can also be encountered in the wild and can be taken on with other real trainers, either locally or online, in Max Raid Battles. We also got a look at the two legendary flagship Pokemon for both versions, the sword wielding Zah-she-in, and the shield wearing Zamazenta. Players can dive into this brand new Pokemon adventure when it releases globally on November 15th.
