Google, Nvidia raise concerns over Microsoft and Activision deal

Google and Nvidia have joined in raising concern to the FTC regarding Microsoft's planned acquisition of Activision. The two companies contend that Microsoft would gain an unfair advantage in the cloud, subscription and mobile game markets. Microsoft currently is a strong contender in cloud gaming alongside Nvidia with GeForce Now, more so after Google Stadia will shut down later this month. The two companies join Sony which has been very vocal about its opposition to Microsoft's acquisition of the publisher. Both companies could potentially be called to testify before the FTC when the lawsuit goes to trial.
