Sony has disabled the ability to redeem PlayStation plus codes

Sony has disabled the ability to redeem PlayStation plus codes to prevent stacking of the upcoming tiers. Yesterday's update by Sony revealed that those who have PS Plus and PS Now currently will get the highest PS Plus tier equal to the longer of the two subscriptions. This led many PS Now users to swiftly purchase PS Plus codes in order to get the most amount of PS Plus Premium time. However, Sony has disabled the ability to redeem PS Plus codes, both from third-party sites and the PlayStation store. The new tiers go live this June, with Premium costing 120 dollars per year.
