Mass for the Dead Cheats and Tips

Mass for the Dead is a RGP battle game that is the mobile game adaption of the popular Japanese light novel and anime series. You assemble a team of four characters and play through a story campaign and take part in turn-based battles across different quests. Cheats, Tips and Strategy

Below is a collection of hints and tips that will help you to progress in the game. These include rerolling and completing the side-missions and daily quests. As well as these hints and tips we also have a mini-guide here which goes into more details on some of the tips we have below:

Summon More Characters

Once you have cleared your basic challenges and are playing through the story you should focus on tying to summon as many characters as possible. To do this you will need to earn Chaos Stones for the gacha, this is done by clearing through the story chapters and the other modes in the game.

Play Advent Chapters

Aside from earning Chaos Stones the Advent Chapters will enable you to unlock more story sections and dialogue scenes from raising bonds with the characters. Reroll

Make sure before you start the game you have at least one 5 Star character as you will be using it as your carry for a long portion of the game. If you do not get a 5 Star character straight away you should consider rerolling until you get one. Complete the Side-Missions and Daily Quests

You can always earn additional bonuses by completing the side-missions and daily quests, these include daily, weekly, event, and ranked challenges. Even if you do not plan on playing that day it is worth logging in to Mass for the Dead just to collect your daily bonus so that you keep your streak going.

Level Up Characters

Leveling your characters is achieved by progressing through the story. The initial level cap is level 60 and by repeatedly doing stage H1-8 and H2-9 (the last stages of stages 1 and 2) you will be able to grind the necessary experience needed to reach it. There are also dragon eggs that you can use to help increase your levels.

Limit Breaking

Once you have reached the cap level (level 60) you will be able to increase it by limit breaking. This procedure will involve farming materials by completing single player or co-op stages. These materials can also be bought in the Item Shop. If you are out of stamina a good way to farm these materials is to join co-op lobbies.

Reaching Level 100

You will find limit breaking to level 90 is reasonably easy, but the last limit break to level 100 is more difficult as it requires a huge amount of rare materials which will take quite a long time to get.

Visit the Shop

The Item Shop in Mass for the Dead refreshes daily so make sure you visit it every day to buy skill level up scrolls and the tier 1 sword/defense books.

Join a Guild

You may want to consider joining a guild and complete the guild missions as doing so will enable you to increase your guild rank which will increase your player XP. Some guild missions are very simple.
