As far as I know there is no cheat. I know away to get four stars very easily and sometimes is gets five. All you have do is use the cheat testingenabledcheats true and then shift and click on the mail box then select make me know everyone. Then you have to check though everyone and see if they have the stars if they do drag they relationship bar so they are best friends and after you find around twenty people with stars then you have four stars.
