You need to answer the question correctly, the answer is 'Robert Capa'.

Find the door on the left for a small closet that has water-sprinkles inside and then return to Victoria and make an interaction with the bucket of paint. Then when the janitor takes the bucket of paint upstairs go to the water-sprinkles and turn them up.
