Legends of Runeterra walkthrough and guide

Legends of Runeterra is free-to-play strategy card game on mobile devices and PC that is set in the world of League of Legends. Build a deck with your favorite League of Legends champions at its core, level them up to increase their power, and engage in intense battles with your opponent until one of you destroys the other's Nexus and emerges victorious. Complete the Tutorials

To get a better understanding of the game it is recommended that you take the time to complete all the tutorials that are available. In total there are 13 introductory quests and completing them will teach you the basics of gameplay as well as give you insight into some of the more advanced mechanics. Completing these introductory missions will also enable you to recieve additional rewards.

Combine Regions

The card decks in Legends of Runeterra can be created by combining cards from two different Regions. Take advantage of this to discover more about each of the Regions in the game so you get knowledge on the style and strategy you can expect to see when you encounter opponents from that area.

Test your Decks

Before going into online battles test your constructed deck against the AI. Doings so will enable you to work out where the failings with your deck are and adjust accordingly.

Obtaining Specific Cards

In Legends of Runeterra the in-game currency is crystals. Card parcks can be purchased via packs with the crystals you earn. In these packs will be wildcards which can be used to make specific cards. Ttry to make the deck with cards that you have already unlocked first before spending Wildcards to complete the deck.

Get More XP

XP in Legends of Runeterra is important as it goes towards the Weekly Vault. Every level up increases the value of your card rewards when it unlocks every Tuesday. Once you have completed the tutorials you can play some games against the AI and complete the Daily Quests to get more XP. If you don’t like a particular Daily Quest You can click the Reroll button on the top left of the Daily Quests menu.

Tweak your Deck

If your find you are not feeling your deck and you want to make some changes you can do so by trading the problem cards after certain matches. You can make this process easier by knowing ahead which cards are the culprits.

Level Up Champion Cards

You will increase your overall win rate in Legends of Runeterra if you focus on leveling up your Champion cards. Every Champion card has unique level-up requirements, and certain objectives are easier to meet than others.

Save Mana Crystals for Spell Attacks

In the early-game of Legends of Runterra it can be tempting to spend all your Mana Crystals on filling out your hand with low-cost cards. Instead save your Mana Crystals for spell attacks which can be used in numerous ways and present unique opportunities for you to swing a fight in your favor.
