More often than not you will find that multiple clues and puzzles are mixed together and you may be missing the vital link.

Download the companion app from the App Store as this holds the key to completing the game. When you have read and explored every aspect of it you will understand how to unlock the final piece of the puzzle.

Don't discard any notes that you have made from previous challenges as they may come in useful when you get stuck on a puzzle.

Spin, tap, hold and press down every object you find at important locations because if it can be interacted with the chances are you will be able to manipulate it in order to solve a puzzel.

Open up new paths and new mysteries by following any wandering characters you come across to their destination.

A good way to remember solutions while they are fresh in your mind is to map out the routes using pen and paper. This will come in useful if you need to go to a previous area at any time.

Whenever a glowing arrow appears at the top or bottom of the screen it is to indicate that you can navigate between areas. To move further forwards you swipe downwards and to move back you swipe upwards.

To be successful in this game a good strategy is to make a note of everything you come across and not be compelled to solve a puzzle immediately as the cryptic puzzles, weird symbols, and tricky conundrums will start to make more sense the more clues you gather.

During the credits seqence at the end of the game you wll be given information about how to uncover the complete ending of Year Walk.
