The one that is too high to reach will come down eventually if you keep playing. I don't remember what triggers it, maybe the shootout there. |

The paperwork in the Jumper's apartment can be found by searching the dumpster outside the building. There you'll find a key. This will unlock the dresser drawer underneath the answering machine upstairs. Hope this helps! |
