Power-Ups

There are two types of power-ups which can be used, these are the miner's hat and the 'reveal'. When using the miner's hat you must take things very slowly and listen out for the proximity buzzer for it to be effective. Try to save the 'reveal' for the end of the game when the levels are more complex.

Chalk

A good strategy is to move the chalk in one continuous line and try not to stop. If you do get hopelessly lost in the maze you can always pay for a 'reveal' to get going again.

Proximity Beeper

Always listen for the proximity beeper as this sound indicates that you are getting too close to a wall. The circular meter can be used as a visual aide by keeping an eye on the size of the circle it creates. When the circle gets smaller you are getting close to the wall.

Parallel Lines

If you see any parallel lines in the map you are working on you can use your existing chalk line as a guide for the next line that you have to draw. Just ensure the lengths and widths of the obsacles are the same and make sure you listen for the proximity beeper.
