Click on the quest book then tap the Kingdom button (it looks like a castle). As you slide your finger across the screen, there should be titles that pop up like Tavern or Kamelia's House. One of those should be Market. Tap the word Market and then tap Visit. Almeric wears a red vest. Tap on him to chat or tap "Items" to buy or sell something. Sometimes he hides near the chicken coop and is hard to find but if you wait a few seconds he usually moves towards the center of the market if you can't find him right away.
