Question for The Sims FreePlay

Hi ever since the last update, my game will not open, it closes as soon as it gets to the start screen. I have deleted the game and reinstalled it, and it played for a few minutes then the same thing happened again. Please help, thank you Bev

Sounds like a nightmare, but also one above what we can help with. I would reach out to the game developers on their Social media channels and hopefully they have a fix or explanation for you.

Also, if you generally search for this problem on the internet and find that currently a lot of people have the same issue, there is a chance a bug has crept into the last update and they will probably already be working on a fix.

Make sure you have the latest version installed too, and there are no further updates that need to be installed.
