Can't add 3rd floor to penthouse!
I am working on building one of the downtown penthouses from scratch. I have finished my 1st floor, added a 2nd floor, and added an elevator between floors 1 & 2. Now I want to add a 3rd floor, but it won't let me! When I click on the floor construction tab, it only shows my 2nd floor highlighted red, meaning I can select to delete it. It doesn't give me a white 3rd floor outline to select to add it. Help!

I am having the same problem as you. I think the 2nd floor is the limit right now. Hopefully they’ll add a third floor

I couldnt add stairs until I made my place a little bigger and placed nearby Items into inventory also I had to select the new levels floor and accept purchace for it then I was able to add stairs 😊
