Sims freeplay

So I have been playing this game for a really long time now and I have had to start over about 2 times so far. Right now is the farthest I have gotten out of each try, and I really do not want to have to start over again it has taken me forever to get this far. So my problem is that whenever I try to start the game it loads with the EA sign for about 5 seconds and then it just goes right back to my home screen, I have an iPad I have tried closing the app, restarting my wifi, and router, and I have turned my iPad off and back on thinking it was just my device, that didn't work so I tried downloading it in to my iPhone 5c and it still does not work. I'm not sure as to what is wrong but I would really like it if some how this message gets to the sims freeplay developers and they fix the problem asap it has been about 4 days now, and I can't find a way to give them feedback every time I try to I get finished with the message and I find out it was just a gaming blog.
