Can't access Clothing Store

Can't access Clothing Store
I click on the clothing store (the one with the two faces that everyone has at the beginning), and nothing shows up when I go to the store. Is there something wrong? Should I recreate a whole new game to make it work? Should I uninstall and reinstall the app? But the thing is I would probably lose all my progress. Does anyone have any solutions?
