How do I get my sims to form a budding romance for a level 8 quest?

Have them do friend actions until they reach Best Friend Level, then switch to all Romantic Actions/Tasks until you reach the desired relationship level.

Reach level 8 and get a wedding table and wedding chairs and sit on one with the person you want to marry and be romantic and eat something

I cant afford the wedding stuff yet and im on level 8

Make sure your Sims are best friends and then you can complete the daily tasks and after a while you will unlock the 'Love Is In The Air' Quest and from there you will be given tasks which relate to love and will be able to propose and he married and then unlock 'Two and a Half Sims'. Hope this helped.❤

I was doing it while I was not at best friends and wasted a lot of lifestyle points and coins that was dumb and sad and now I'm reading this like thank you now I know I didn't waste cash! Thanks so much!
