"Married" bar partly filled with blue, won't go back to normal?

"Married" bar partly filled with blue, won't go back to normal?
Hey, so I don't remember having 2 of my married Sims be Rude/Complain to each other, yet their married bar is partly blue. Anybody knows why? Okay, never mind but my main question is why isn't that bar returning to normal/blank? I have had both the sims Be Romantic/Woohoo/Close Dance again and again. Any suggestions?
