Same question.... I know I have to wait until level 24 to build the beach, but not sure if this task need that. Would you mind telling what you did?

Isn't there an icon like "quick shower" that says "sing out heart"? Or is yoir problem that you don't have access to the beach?

Go to a ocean view house and click on the shower and then sing you heart out our worked
for me
