Have a preteen cram using a study desk in a neighbor's house

Go to a Neighbors town and look in their Houses for desks. Once you find a desk, have your preteen cram for the test.
This works best if you have a friend in real life who has the app as well. Than you can add them as Neighbors and ask them to buy Items so you can complete missions like this one.

I believe you need to make sure the desk is not the 'teen' desk else the option to cram won't be available. It is an option with the wooden study desk.
