Question for The Sims FreePlay

Does anybody know if you can get back a game that you accidentally deleted because I did? If you click on the green button with 3 white dots at the bottom of the screen, it will go to language. I pressed "French" by accident. It came up with a notification, but all in French! I didn't understand it, so I clicked "Oui" which means "yes", and it turns out the notification said that changing the language will permanently delete your current game. So now the game I've worked on for months on end has gone! Does anybody have any ideas on how to get it back because it is so annoying!

If you had/have iCloud on, on another device, star a new world and it will ask you if you would like to use progress from another world and another device.then say yes and I'm pretty sure that it will give you your progress back, just on another device, which might be a little annoying. Sorry if this doesn't work, it did for me.
