How do you ADOPT a preteen on the sims freeplay
It just says in app purcheses are not allowed. And it also says message 3333 purches cancelled. My purcheses settings are on and it still says it. I really wanted a preteen please help me?

You just have to push the phone and it will say adopt toddlers or preteens

But it shows a loading sim arrow thing and it would not let me use it

I want to adopt a preteen and toddler. It shows the option when I press the phone but when I tap it it doesn't work
