Question for The Sims FreePlay
Can you marry or have children with sims you form relationships with in a neighbor's town?
If so, can you keep their sim or combine households?

I don't think ,my sim Emily is in a relationship with a nighbour's sim . Kyle and Emily are partner but there's no option to get them engaged

You can if your neighbor is online do romantics until they're partners then ask your neighbor to go online like if it helped for me it did 😀
