Question for The Sims FreePlay
In "Money grows on trees?" it says ( Negotiate with a sim-eating plant ), how can I do that??

You have to grow a vegetable in the garden that has the man eating sign on it. Once you've grown it, you'll have the option to negotiate with it. Hope this helps.

You plant tomatoes in the garden. Once it's down you get the option to argue about it I believe.
