How do you use the teleporter?

I am pretty sure that it will be used to go to your friends' town based on what it says for the woo hoo thing you have to do. This is pure speculation though.

I don't know can someone help me and tell me how you use the telepoter

I placed the teleporter in my house, it works as elavator from this floor to another floor. You must have second floor with all rooms in that floor first before place the teleporter. Hope this help!

Rip off was the escalator it cost least 500k n construct points spent LP final stretch tallied 500 n couldn't place the elevator 20 seconds to late that was discouraging

It is in the stairs section and is, as far as I can tell, basically a lift. Not sure whether, if I got another, it would be more fun. It does take up less space than a lift, and has a cool graphic. Costs 150lp but the first one is free.

You have to spend so much money and LP to get the teleporter, all it does is works as a elevator floor to floor, you must have 2 floors for it to work

Iv just found the teleporter in the stairs section of the home tab, and I managed to place it aswell. I put it in the down stairs corner of my very first Sims 2 storey house, also the Alien was in the same room so not sure if that has something to do with it, the green tick showed when id placed it in a clear corner down stairs and the same corner upstairs was clear x

In the stairs section. It is by far the biggest waste of time, I'm thoroughly disappointed.
