Question for The Sims FreePlay
How do I add a new sim? I have checked for any + signs but there's nothing I've clicked on on empty lots and buildings but nothing happens. I can't move on unless I add a new sim but there aren't any signs to add sims on the town, it's empty and I don't know what to do.

You just have to wait until a task says that you can add a new Sim to the town.
