Before you demolish a house, sell the rooms, put furnishings in inventory. Cause when you demolish a house it disappears with no monetary gain.

To sell a room, first you go to the rooms section of the home store, tap on a room, and choose the sell icon. Don't worry, all the furniture in that room will go to your inventory. Sale price varies depending on floors, wallpaper, size, etc.

I had trouble with that to you just tap the room you want to delete and make sure no Sims are in that room all your furniture will go to your inventory if you want to sell that too sell it before you delete the room

Well if you need money, get rid of a person, click on your house and make each room as small as you can, selling doors and windows, make sure you have kept all your furniture and put it in the invetry. Do no demolish house or add a person, if you keep the hose it will still give you the money😀Guest answered:
Yes, do you get you're house back because I want to destroy my player designed house. Whenever I click on anything, it don't work, I spent my life earning LP!

No you don't.You Have to sell the rooms in order to get money.To sell the rooms go to home store click home click room and sell it.After that you can demolish it or build your own house from scratch😃
