How do you have kids or get married. It just says partners it's not possible..

Right now it has no options to get married sorry ): wish I could change that cause I play it too!

How to get married ( I figured it out!!! :D)
1. Have the most possible relationship points (max out the Bar and have it say 'Partner' next to the Sim of your choice.
2. Complete Goals in the game until a goal to Get Engaged pops up. ( this is when getting married finally becomes possible)
3. Click Propose Marriage ( or whatever it is I can't remember the exact word sorry :/. )
4. Buy the ring, then pop the question!!!! Then do more romantic actions to start the wedding. <3 <3 <3

Ok, you go to the current goal you are on and it should allow you to skip it (that what it did for me) and then it will say your next goal is get two people engaged. You will get 20LP to buy the best ring. After you get engaged there will be a goal saying get your two engaged people to move in together (make sure they're not already moved in cause that doesn't work). Then the goal after that will be get them married and you do that by being romantic. After they are married the goal will be 'make a baby' to do that you need to make sure you have space for a new sim (could be get to the next level). So hope that was a bit easier to understand

After you have 20 LP they will tell you to get engaged as you're next goal and you will then have 40LP

Getting married is one of the Goals. Whatever goal you have now, skip it or complete it. The next goal should be to get engaged and it order to do that, you need a ring. The one they want you to buy costs 20 LP ... Then you'll get engaged, married, and you'll be able to have a baby

I use the iPod version of The Sims & am on Level 19. After I completed the add a 4th building goal(I'm thinking it was), 3 or 4 Goals that Id already completed popped up. Then came the Get Engaged goal. After that the 'Propose' bubble showed up in purple. The 'Partner' Bar has to be full-that may be one of the goals that pops up. Hope this helps!

I have done goal after goal after goal tryign to get the get married one. I still do not have that goal. I am level 19 and have 10 Sims in my city. Four of my sims have full partner bars. What am I doing wrong?

You can get married just update Sims and you can get married but you probably will be to late to update and there will probably the Easter update now

Okay, you have to go through all your Goals until you reach" get engaged" once you get this goal you need to be romantic until it comes up with "propose marriage" they will give you the life points to buy the ring. You will then get a goal to move those Sims in together. Once they have moved in "be romantic" until when you click on your fiancé it comes up with "get married" . To have babies you need 15 LP and it takes one day, first you have to buy a crib. HOPE THIS HELPS

On Sims freeplay for ipad it just says partner and once the partner Bar is filled up nothing happens so I don't think you can have babies or get married. Ive even tried woohoo but nothing happens. I hope EA fixes this.

On Sims 3 free play, you are allowed to have babies. You just have to fist make sure that your two sims are in love, you then get a task on level 10 that tells you to ask your partner to move in and then the other task is to get married. Make sure that your didnt already have your sims move together or it will not work out.

In the new updated version you can't get married, and have babies. BUT the only way you can do that(get married and have kids) is you have to reach level 10. If you're not on level ten, you will remain partners which is as high as you can go before you can get married and have kids in level 10. Hope this helped!!!

The way to do it is buy a nurcuy bed then use the options

To get married:
You need to be lvl 10 nd a propose marriage option comes up but then you need to wait until the task get engaged comes up.

To have a baby:
You need to have a cot in your house nd you press it nd you r given the option to get a baby.

You have to wait until your goal says to get engaged, after you have to have full partner. You then go onto your options for what you want to say it says get engaged you then press that after there's a goal. It's getting married you then go to the person and it says get married you press that and some rings come up. They have great rings and bad rings, choose one of the good ones or your fiancé will say no. After you get married go to the furniture and go to the nursery column then it comes up with cots... Pick one and put it in your home you then see a baby and a plus sign press it after you can create your baby the hair color And everything.

Thanks, that helped. But after that goal can you keep getting other Sims to get married? And also some advice for others, do not move your partners in. If you have ,then buy a new house and click on add an exiting sim or whatever it says. An idea if you have moved all your sims in with their partners is to buy a spare house for one of one set of Partners to live in until you get the get engaged goal then make them married and move another sim from a moved -in- couple in and make them married and move back in etc. But this can be expensive !!!

You need to get your goal box up to get engaged but, Move the partners into one of their Houses first and you must be level 10 at least then tap on the partner and tap on The marriage option or whatever it's called .Some rings will pop up but choose wisely bcuz the cheaper the ring,the more likely the partner will reject then to have a baby,buy a cot and tap on it.

You can get married onnthe Sims freeplay on the ipad. Just keep on being romantic until propose marrige pops up but you habpve to get the get engaged goal first

You have to wait until you have the goal " Get Engaged" or something like that name. It doesn't really happen on a certain level. And to have kids you have to buy a nursery after you get married.

Its says when you download it to "Start the toddler goal get a free birthday cake for your Sims baby"

Ok so you need to make sure you have updated you're Sims free play. After that,You can get married, but only in level 10 or you will eventually get a goal that says get engaged. You do this by being partners, then click on the sim and it will say propose marriage. Pick a nice ring or you'll be rejected. I hope this helps!

Just be romantic until it's Partners and it's full. Then, be a little more romantic and a option with nothing but the words Propose Marriage should appear. Click it. It shall tell you what to do.

It doesn't matter what level youre on. It matters how many buildings you have you just have to get a lot of buildings like 5 and then you can get married and have kids but some buildings require 5 or 6 people I hope I helped you

All you have to do is to make sure that the couple is in "Partners" and that is is all pink, not half or none, but ALL pink, then there will be tab.

1 You need to be on partner by woohooing and being romantic
2 when you click on the sim there should be a propose option and it will say keep working through Goals. When you do you should be able to propose then.

You have to reach the minnmum level 10 then have the get engaged goal then you have to get the marriage goal and buy a ring the more expensive ring the more chances the answer will be yes.

After that has happened you have to buy a crib then when you press on the crib press create baby/new sim and that is it!

You get a task that tells you to get married. For me it was around level 16 or 17. It's NOT given to you at a fixed level like level 10. You just have to get through a certain number of Goals. So after you get the task, when your sim talks to it's partner an option will be available that says 'propose'. (it says that where all the other options are such as woohoo, be romantic, etc) [/color]

I got my Sims married at Level 14 you have to go through all you're Goals including building workplaces n businesses ... N now all I need is 7 lifepoints o have.a.baby... But I'm wondering will a stork bring the baby or will the sim actually show a belly bearing a.child????

You have to goo throught the Goals & when it says "be romantic with a Sims" you'll know that you're abt get married & have a baby

Get 2sims to be partners. You should have the propose marriage tab & if so click on it and make sure the ring has a diamond in it. Then they should be married. If your not married you can't have a baby. IF you have already bought the baby store awesome because you will then have the nursery tab which allows you to buy a crib to have a baby. Place that crib in the married couples house...(you can't have a baby if you have maxed out your Sims count.) Have a sim stay off work to bake a cake. (Best to bake in am.) Good Luck.

To get married you need to be partners and then you have to complete all the Goals until you get up to the one that says get married and then it will let you!!!!

You have to wait for the Mission or goal or whatever and it says get Sims married or something. You can start having sims get married then. When the option is there it's bright pink you will see it. You have to buy a crib and for LP make a baby which takes about a day. You have to reach the goal though. And only married couples can make babies. The married couples can go to work or whatever while the baby is being made in it's crib.

I use the iPad too and I literately just got married today. You have to go through all the Goals until it says get engaged it will give you money for the ring. (Get the most expensive one) then 'be romantic' and 'woohoo' to get mareied

I not know if anyone else is experiencing this, but the newest update (August 2012) is taking hours to update and apparently freezes, is anyone else having this problem? And is there anything I can do to speed up the loading time ?

You can now skip that Mission by clicking the orange button on the mission and now if you want to skip it,you will need 5 LP (you can try it when you reach have kids mission)

To get married and have a baby you have to keep doing romantic things till you get to partner Status, then move in with each other and get engaged. To move in go to the house you like best that one of the couple owns then ask to move in. Engagement rings cost a lot but the better the ring the more likely they are to accept. Keep doing romantic stuff until the engagement Bar is full, then choose the Get Married option. Then save uP your money and LP. The cheapest cribs are 10000 Simoleons or 9LP.
Buy one. A baby costs 7 LP. Click on the crib and choose to have a baby and 2 hours later you will have one.

Actually you can get married in the iPad version if you do want to you have to keep choosing the romantic option until it says 'propse marriage'

You must make 2 peple partners.then (in updated version)a request wil appeaar buy a nice engagment ring and propose.if partner acceps you will become engaged .perform romantic actions till option marry appears.click it .
To make baby make sure that you have space for 1 sim .buy a nursery frm store(10,000simoleons or 10 LP's

All you do is make the two Sims be romantic, Dance, and soon do a whoo hop and eventually they will become partners, engaged, then married but I can't get past married, wish I coud tell you about having kids but I do not know

You have to be on a date then partners ( either way round then it has the option to move in and get married) Ring prices are 11,500$ for a dinosaur vending machine ring, 4lp for a silver, 6 for a gold, 8 for a gold pigment and 14 for an eternity ring there is also another ring to buy with $ but I can't remember it!

You have two options to get kids on the game.
Option 1 : wait until You get That Mission en they will explain everything.


Option 2 : buy a crib, click it en make it. It will make a baby but it will take time.when it is ready You have to click on it en Then you can choose the DNA en the clothes. But before You can do this You gotta have a married couple live in the house where the crib is. Your Sims can Marry by being romantic. Then they will be partners en than you gotta choose ' marry' when you click on the other sim. Stay romantic until they say ' married '. Keep completing Goals until you get the " Get Engaged Goal " ( You Have To Have The Goal ) They will give you 20 LP to buy the ring . Get a male that is a partner with a female ( make sure they are moved in ) Make the male click on the female and click propose Marrige . Buy the 21 LP ring . The more expensive the ring the likely she will say yes .Next , click get married . Now buy a crib . HAVE 7 LP HANDY . Click have baby . Wait for you baby or use LP . Next click the person icon in the crib . Customize your baby and Done ! Each family can ONLY have 2 kids . Enjoy !

My sim first got married when I got the goal 'get engaged' I got them into one of their Houses clicked get engaged and then got them married. U have 2 pay 4 the rings tho. U have to buy a cot from the infant section in the store and then just wait a few hours. I did this on the iPad, maybe you're level isn't high enough?

Dont move in your partner until you get engaged....and you need you buy an expensive ring(I used 10 LP ring)an it worked....my Sims got engaged ..then the next goal was to get married...and they got married....and after getting married you need to buy a cradle and you need to add a baby....this is how you can have a baby...

REMEMBER: don't MOVE IN you're SISM TOGETHER UNTIL THEY GET ENGAGED OR MARRIED... :-)

On the Kindle Fire edition you have to be partners on any level as long as you have two Sims and a nice ring and you can get married.

You must have a full Bar when you are partners, then there will be an option to purpose, you must buy a ring. The sim will either say yes or no, you do not have any control over the answer if they say yes you will level up to married

You need them to be really close before it lets you to do any of those things so just keep pressing on be romantic then it comes up in purple get married then press on that then buy a really nice ring then they will be married

To get married, when the sim you wanted to marry is new, increase your Relationships. In 1st, try the "Be Romantic" action. Etc. Just increase your relationship (not friend or enemies!!) When your sim has the action "Proposed Marriage", click it and select a ring. Sometimes they say 'No' sometimes 'Yes'. After that, for example: the person you want to marry is a girl and her name is (example) and your name is (example)if you asked him/her to move on.. For example, your name is Christian Smith, then the one you proposed is like Ashley Neumann, the one who did the "move on" action. Like this:
Christian Smith asked Ashley Neumann to move on then the surname of Ashley will be changed to Smith.
Another example:
Ashley Neumann asked Christian Smith to move on then the surname of Christian will be changed to Neumann.
You will noticed when you go to map, his/her house is moved to the house of the partner. That means you 2 are now a couple. PARTNERS MEANS A COUPLE NOT LIKE TEAMMATE, GROUPMATE, BUDDY OR WHATEVER. MANY ASKS THIS QUESTION BUT THE WORD PARTNER IN THE GAME MEANS A COUPLE.

You have to keep woohooing until the Bar in engaged is full before clicking on the get married option. To have kids, you have to except a Quest, annoying I know but once you've accepted it, you can do it with whichever sim you want.

A button will turn up to say get engaged if you let them be romantic to one another

You need to have your Sims that you want as a couple be romantic with each other...as they level in like for each other new options appear...get proposed...get married etc etc.

Yes, you can get marrie but it takes a long build up. From aquatances then friends, then close friends, then boyfiriend|girlfriend then engaged then married! To do this get to the girlfriend or boyfriend part and use the romantic, friendly and funny atractions. (make sure you use the romantic attraction more than any others but not too much because they will get bored) untill it says propose . IF they do say yes, you need to choose a ring, and then you need to fill the relationship Bar and choose marriage. Hope this works for you because it did for me;)

If you want to get marrie or have babies you would need to get engaged by being in a romance then you could buy a ring to get engaged then you could get married and then to get a baby you would first need to buy a crib then use your money to buy the baby (hope it works because it work for me)

You just keep being romantic (between the two Sims you are trying to marry). They will eventually start dating, then you have to ask them to get engaged then you propose. With each of these stages, you have fill up the Bar until you advance to the next romantic stage.

I know this is crazy but you have to wait for the goal "get Sims married"

First of all, the parter Bar, has to be full. Be romantic with the sim until the bar is full and then the " ask for purpose " option will pop up. To have a baby, you must have 2 married couple. Not engaged but married. Then you have to buy a crib in the Children store and then click on the crib. Close to the beginning, the baby will cost 3 LP and you have to wait until the baby arrives ( 24 hours ) . I have an iPad too and I have 4 married and 4 preteen. Hopes this helps!

You buy a cot on the chair icon below the infant icon is the icon shown before the last icon:the light bulb icon and you can get married you have to let your partner move in then click on your partner and it says something related to buying a ring and getting married and you click that but you have to buy an expensive ring or your partner won't accept your proposal as it says on the game you need to have at least 1Olp for the most expensive ring so you have to have 1lp-10lp and I have a iPad

Note :if you buy a cheap ring you have a less likely chance of the sim to accept.

There is a way of marrying someone. If you make thm partners you should be able together the the purple Bar above them to go higher and when it's full then you have the option to marry someone

2) to have a baby you have to have two married Sims living together, then you have to buy a crib. A bubble will come up above it. Tap on it and then you have to pay a certain amount. It will then take a few hours for you baby to be born.

You must make one of them propose. I recommend the eternity ring.

There IS a way to get married and have kids.

To get married:
Just make 2 Sims "be romantic " to each other. Once you achieved the "partners" Status,make them "woohoo" to each other,twice (one time for each sim). Then you make them propose to each other. This depends on the type of ring that you buy. The more expensive the ring,the higher the chance that the other sim will agree. This would trigger the "engaged" status. Then continue to make them "be romantic" or other romantic actions until a new action called "get married " pops out . Tap on this to get married

To have a baby:

To have a baby,just purchase a crib from the "infant" section of the furniture menu. Then, tap on it to get a baby. You would have to actually wait as it takes time for the baby to be delivered to your doorstep.

You don't make kids that way, you buy a cot and click add sim baby you have to be lvl 8 tho or there will be a Quest to do so anyway.To make sim get married fill up the partner relationship Bar and engage them you cud do that or wait for the quest.I hope I helped.

You have to be on the first Quest which allows you to get married you will have to wait until you are up to the part of the quest that allows you to get engaged. The quest should give you a free eternity ring and then you will be able to get engaged. After this you will have to build the Park then talk to the ducks in the pond near one of the bridges after that your two engaged Sims will have to go to one of their Houses and you will have the option to get married, it involves no actions of love, friendliness and complaint, if you are wondering I have one married couple with and infant have four houses not including one without a sim and nine sims in all. On mine there is an option to propose marriage. Then you have to buy a ring, the more expensive the more likely they will say yes. After they are engaged, you keep being romantic until the engaged Bar is full. Then there is an option to get married! My Sims only liked to get married at there house! Lol
