Same thing happened to me today! All back to the beginning. I play on an iPad. Can I get town

There's nothing wrong with the iPad. Tapped out is the only thing that has gone haywire. I was on level 17 and do not want to start over at level 1. Please help!

Reset your I pad. Sign back in through the game game platform your playing on, ie Facebooketc

Reset your I pad. Sign back in through the game game platform your playing on, ie Facebook, origin, etc. If you've forgotten your password, origin make it very easy to retrieve it.
