Task complete but won't go away.

Two Extra Eyes on Springfield Pt.6, Make Quimby Give a Speech 1/1 says Done! But won't disappear from my task bar. It's been there for weeks. I've tried deleting city hall and Quimby but I can't make it go away. Please advise.

I have Waylon J. Smithers is the same he is not working it is giving me error :(
