Quests and levels items not being given
I've contacted EA support and so far they've been no help. At first I realized that I was not getting quest one from the beginning but now I also realize I'm not getting any level prizes as well. One tech offered me 5 donuts and said I needed to post for help here. So hopefully someone can think of a solution . . .I'm bummed but trudging on . . . Very slowly
As of right now everything is slowly getting back on track, thank you to all who may have been searching for a solution

Sometimes if you have failed to do one of the per-requiste quests that can happen but it does not sound like it in your case. The fact that the help tech blew you off and told you to post to the groups is NOT a good thing. You need to submit another official help request and keep doing it until they help you - seriously.
