Loging in

My account logged me out so I cannot access my Springfield - the stupid thing is I know my user and password but it's not letting me log in. I do not use the email account anymore so I think that email has been shut down so I cannot access the option of resting my password - I'm on level 35 I think and I've spent money on this game and would not like to lose it now as I have accomplished a lot on the game itself - please help me!!!!

The best way to deal with this is for you to stop trying to log into the game itself, and instead head over to the Origin log in page -- the game uses the same password as your Origin Account.

If you do not know the password and you do not have access to the old email normally you are SOL, however you indicate that you made in-game purchases which as it turns out is very good for you because you can open a ticket for help via the Origin Site explaining the situation, and they will then ask you for the last four digits of the credit card you used to make the in-game purchases, as well as some other personal information and, as long as you can provide that they will change the email on your account so you can recover your password.
