Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I have a task that requires Milhouse to complete. I have Milhouse, but when I tap on Milhouse a complete icon shows briefly and then disappears. Milhouse was last seen trick or treating and now is apparently stuck in limbo. How do I get him back so I can assign him new task?

This is a known Bug and EA says that they are working to fix it so we can expect a patch soon that will correct this - hopefully before the November 7th cut-off for the Current Event...
