Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I had reached level 13 and when I came back today, all my stuff was gone and it was just Homer at the beginning. So how do I get my stuff back! I worked really hard to get to this level! So please help me!

Please tell me I you have an origin account if you don't ten I can't sort it out and you have to do it all over again
