I think if you click on 'Bart and Milhouse' on your Springfield screen, wait for it to load then click on the origin button and then go into your profile you should be able to find out. Hope it helps

I could not find the origin button either. I was able to find my user name by going to the Springfield Heights Leaderboard. You go to visit neighbors, then click the medal icon.You will be listed by your user name.
