How to get the key at the Dungeon of florennum part?

I can't get the key from the dungeon of florennum part. I m seeing the key but don't know how to get it. Help!!

When you enter the door they close and the spikes starts to come down when you stand on the preasure plate the wall at the bottom comes out so get your magic bomb spell ready before you enter the door then go in and drop a bomb down where the wall comes out quickly stand on the preasure plate so the bomb gets pushed in and explodes on the light ant it goes on the spikes will retreat and the door will open (took me 2 tries before I got it right)
