With super sneakers, you can jump from the top of a train to the top of the overpass. You can do the same without super sneaker, but you will stumble, putting the inspector hot on your heels.

If there is train near it and you have the super sneaker jump on the train the jump up onto the top of the under pass

To get the flamingos from there. You need to go on a bus that is the closest to it and jump. You will only stay there for around 4 seconds but make sure that before you go on top you make sure that you can't see the guy who is chasing you in your screen cause when you get on top of the roof you will trip.
