Please make sure that you're running the latest version of your game by visiting your App Store and verifying there are no available updates. Playing the latest version of our games ensures that you'll have all of the most recent updates. If there are no updates available for your game, please try these troubleshooting steps:

Reminders: Be sure that your game is linked to a Facebook or Playtika account before reinstalling and cleaning data to avoid progression lost.

1. Turn your game and any other apps off so that they are no longer running in the background of your device.
2. Turn your device off and wait 10 seconds before you turn it back on.
3. Clean your apps cache and data.

To update your Android devices:
1. Open the Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap the search button icon in the top and then type “Slotomania”.
3. Click Update.

For iOS devices:
1. Open the App Store app on your device.
2. Tap your account on the upper right of your screen.
3. Click Slotomania to update.

If that doesn't work, try to reinstall your Slotomania app or contact Playtika Slotomania Support Team through your Slotomania game, tap on the three lined button on the upper right of your screen from the lobby, tap on “About”, then click on “Customer Support” with the detailed description of your issue for them to investigate your matter as quickly as possible.
