If you have connected Slotomania to your Facebook or Playtika before, then you should be able to get it back by simply signing in, just open up your Slotomania app, click settings, and in the settings tab, you can connect your Facebook / Playtika account.
If you didn’t link your Slotomania, please contact Playtika Slotomania Support Team through your Slotomania game, tap on the three lined button on the upper right of your screen from the lobby, tap on “About”, then click on “Customer Support” with the detailed description of your issue for them to investigate your matter as quickly as possible.
