I encounter guest comments such as they've gotten into security for free or they feel they're being watched. How do I address this?

I've had success in eliminating this problem in one of two ways. First, try planting more foliage or putting more decorations around your que line. If that doesn't work try re-routing either your que line or sidewalk so they don't run next to each other except at the line entrance.
