After Dark Ages...Why Can't I Unlock?

I have a key, I have beaten the Boss in the Dark Ages and I can see a world with question marks over it all blacked out. Is this a glitch or is it something that the company has to update in order to unlock or do I need to do something else to get to this mystery world? Thanks...I'm new to PvZ so I'm not familiar with how this all works

Same thing happend when you finished the other world we had to wait for new release approx 2 months. Play another game but keep your garden going. How did you get past level 12? Keep the puff shrooms alive?

Give them plant food

I never really am good at many games unless they are at a level that is easy enough for me to understand, but, pvz is one that I have been better at than most games I try to play at all, and the other thing is is that I can't get my next level to unlock either, so I hope you can help me out with the same problem.

Remember when you finished all the other worlds, your neighbor said to play all the endless zones, do that and with time it will be all revealed

I got up to level 27 in the endless zone and still can't unlock
